VirtuRx is a service of Revly LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“Revly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of the VirtuRx platform operated by Revly.

Acceptance of Terms

By using VirtuRx, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

Telehealth Services

VirtuRx connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for telehealth consultations. VirtuRx is not a medical provider — all medical decisions are made by licensed clinicians.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of a state in which our providers are licensed to use VirtuRx services.

Prescriptions

Prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of our licensed providers. Not all patients will qualify for treatment. VirtuRx does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription fees are charged monthly or quarterly based on your selected plan. Charges occur only after physician approval of your prescription. You may cancel at any time through your patient portal.

No Emergency Services

VirtuRx is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VirtuRx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
